Polite staff, little-to-no wait time for walk ins, no surprise fees or extra charge for first-time patients, clean, comfortable, trustworthy. Especially compared to the scammy Priority1 across the street, Albany Med is a place I'm confident about returning to whenever needed.
Came on a Sunday with our daughter who has been sick for over a week. The girl who ran the front desk was kind, professional and even gave our kid crayons and a coloring book. This kind gesture made the visit so much better than we could have asked for. That girl at the desk is a gem. Protect her at all costs.
I had the best experience with Shannon and Michelyn! Seamless process, great communication, honest billing process/information, friendly, and professional! I went for a physical but if you need any health services without any hassle, go see them!
