Compassionate, great communication and great care. My dog Jimi can be a handful and has leash/barrier frustration reactivity. They are wonderful with making sure we are the only ones in the waiting room.
Last October he had a medical emergency and they were fantastic with him and helping us get in at Cornell. It was a very scary situation and they helped ease my mind. Jimi loves going there, even after his scary medical episode. He gets very excited on the car ride and knows the smells in route to the vet office.

We have been clients of GCAH for years with multiple animals. We have never had anything other than an amazing experience. All the vets truly care about every animal and ensure they feel comfortable throughout the appointment. They’ve always answered all of our questions with 0 judgment and endless patience. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Nothing but wonderful experiences with GCAH. On 2 separate occasions they literally saved 2 of my animals. They are well priced and care so much about their clients and their owners. I can't imagine bringing my animals anywhere else
