Jim is highly experienced and you know when you work with him that he is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and has decades of experience. He is someone who my manufacturer recommended who could complete warranty repairs. Not all HVAC folks are willing to do warranty work on systems they did not install. Jim was willing to do this, which was incredibly helpful as my installer was no longer in business. Last fall, a warranty repair was needed to get my heat going. He worked with the manufacturer to ensure the part was covered and was prompt in his work with the company and installed the part within a week.

The work Burris has done has been excellent. The difficulty is getting them to do the work. Jim came to my home a couple of months ago to size up a job I needed doing. He said he'd "get back to me" with an estimate and a date for doing the work. I haven't heard from him since.

Awesome professional guys Jason,Nick and Bill did a great job putting in a new pump in the well & a new pressure tank as well. Highly recommend this outfit Burris plumbing & heating for any plumbing or heating issues you have.
