“Only negative l have is our technician signed the work order estimate...we did not... l received email receipt that was a surprise...don't understand why he did that...hegave us verbal information but never asked us to sign..was covered under warranty and we need parts to fix washer...he should have discussed he was signing the paperwork with us before he left.“
