Special Effects is truly SPECIAL. Al the services I have experienced here have been outstanding. I have worked with both Debbie and Tori and they are both very talented, professional, kind, generous and gifted. I have also had the full tea experience with a small group of tweens, and it was really fun - everyone had a great time. I cannot recommend Special Effects enough!
