LOVE my doctors at Mt. Sinai, Greenlawn. Listen to my concerns and offer suggestions and good medical treatment. Thorough with exam and follow through. Been with Mt. Sinai for 9 years.

I like my doctor, loved it when I was able to see a PA quickly for possible bronchitis. But the patient portal should make it easy to book lab work if the orders are already in the system. I’ll try to be grateful that there’s a callback system for when the hold line is long.

I liked my first couple routine visits okay. But when I had an actual issue, the physician gave 1 suggestion for what she thought the issue was and walked out the door before I had a chance to say anything. I did start to say something but she either didn’t hear it or pretended not to. Total visit was less than 5 minutes.
