I started going to Metabolic 5 months ago and I am absolutely in love! I never really worked out before, but as my 40th birthday was approaching I felt challenged to do something different. I previously had a membership to a traditional gym but I didn’t have the discipline to keep going. But my friend was going here for a while and her results were so impressive so I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family probably hates it because I won’t shut up about it! It’s been so great for my self esteem (and my body obviously). Plus the coaches are wonderful- they make sure that every class is a challenge, but they’re also careful to ensure that your form is right and you’re not lifting too much so you don’t injure yourself. And I can tell that they count my success as their success. Worth every penny!!!
One Oak is an incredible salon. The products are great, the atmosphere is welcoming and the aesthetic makes you feel like you’re treating yourself to a unique experience. I followed Beki to One Oak when they opened, and I will never stop going there not only because Beki is amazing, but also the rest of the staff are also so smiley and genuinely kind.

We recently had problems with our AC unit, which was installed by Albany Mechanical just over a year ago. The compressor had trouble starting or wouldn’t start at all. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, Albany Mechanical worked to solve the problem. They took a systematic/methodical approach replacing one component at a time to determine root cause. Each component needed some run-time to confirm if it was the root cause of the problem or not. After replacing the contactor relay, the main breaker, and the capacitor, it was ultimately determined to be a failed pressure switch on the coolant line, which was replaced, and the problem was solved. Each step of the way, Albany Mechanical was very quick to respond, conscientious, and listened carefully to my input and observations. Plus, they honored the warrantee to ensure all my costs were covered, at no charge to me. Though it took some time to figure out (that’s how trouble-shooting works), the team did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work and their approach.
I’ve been to sooo many salons, but ultimately always switch to another soon after. I love this salon so much and the experience I have every time that I’ve been consistently seeing Jenny and her mom for over two years! The quality of the work is completely unmatched by any salon out there and the positive and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. After every service, I leave the salon with a smile on my face and excitement for my next appointment. I can’t rave about them enough ?
I've been going here for the last few months for red and blue light therapy and LOVE IT! The staff is always friendly and the facilities are always clean. I can't say enough about the light therapy. I've struggled with hormonal acne and have seen a tremendous improvement. GREAT FIND!
