“I'm thrilled with my brows! Laura did an amazing job! I felt compelled to leave this review because initially, I left the studio feeling dissatisfied and surprised with my eyebrows. My main concerns were achieving symmetry, as one eyebrow was higher than the other, and addressing a scar on my right side where hair was missing.

At the end of the session, I found my eyebrows to be excessively dark, despite Laura using a lighter shade on my naturally jet black eyebrows, which left me feeling unhappy. However, Laura reassured me that this initial darkness is common and provided a detailed explanation of the process, including how they would look in the coming weeks.

I must say, the transformation has been remarkable. Many people have complimented my eyebrows, and I've noticed a significant improvement from the first week until now (which I believe is my third week). They now look very natural and symmetric, and my previous insecurities have diminished.In addition to her exceptional work, I want to highlight Laura's kindness and relatability. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. Our conversations flowed effortlessly, and I never felt judged.

Despite my initial shock and dissatisfaction, I am now genuinely pleased with the outcome and eagerly anticipate my upcoming touch-up appointment.“

“This was my second time going to LuMonta Salon to get my hair trimmed. The location is conveniently located near Rochester and there is plenty of parking. The salon itself is always decorated with seasonal items and is very clean and modern. They even have a fully stocked coffee and snack bar available for all customers. I really appreciated a hot coffee after my hair cut. The staff are all incredibly nice and you can tell they've worked together for a long time because they have a good camaraderie and easy flowing conversation. They are also very efficient. My sister and I wanted a quick trim, without a lot of product, and they were able to accommodate that with a quick wash and simple styling. My sister had also gotten an ombré highlight there before and it came out beautiful! Really well done considering we have tricky hair for dying (thin). Overall, I definitely recommend LuMonta for any hair cut/styling needs! It is good quality, with a great atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Will be back again.“
