“After finding out my regular brow threader was going to be out of work for the remainder of the year, I knew I was going to have to find somewhere else to go. After a few bad experiences at other places, I found Sara at Elegant Brows, and she is AMAZING. She listens to how you want your brows done, unlike some brow threaders who just do them however they want, and is a wonderful person. My brows have never looked better. “If I could give this salon 10,000,000 stars I would. I have always gone to the fabulous Sydney Noonan for all my highlighting needs since I was 16, and haven’t stopped going to her since. Whether I needed a touch up, full highlight, blowout, or even a hairstyle for prom, it was done by Sydney. I had gotten my hair highlighted a couple years before her and non of the hair dressers I went to really listened to what I wanted, but Sydney always listened so so well to what I wanted, but also gave her artistic eye to create perfection. Over the years I recommend her to every single family member as well as other friends, never had a single complaint and they are all regulars now of hers too.

Today was my first time at Sydney’s new location, NŌTA Beauty in Rochester, and my jaw legit dropped when I walked in. I was automatically greeted by the wonderful aesthetician, Corina, who was at the front desk and she offered me a drink right away as well as a tour of the space. This place was absolutely stunning and so luxurious. All the other stylists smiled and were super welcoming as well. I really felt so comfortable for the entirety of my appointment. I am even planning on coming back to get my eyebrows tinted.

As usual, Sydney did exactly what I wanted, and I left in such a good mood. I love this place so much. Will be recommending to everyone I know.“

“i was desperate to find someone to fix a haircut gone totally wrong, i checked the on line ratings for salons that understand thick curly wavy hair. luckily i found Dory at Cuts Plus! she was able to balance out my hair, give it some shape and accentuate my waves and curls with losing length. i am DONE with overly expensive pretentious salons. Dory gave me the best cut i have had in years...something to build on that will help me gracefully grow out my hair. i HIGHLY recommend Cuts Plus for anyone with curly wavy hair.“
