Appointment was easy to make, which took place 1 month away, which is normal, considering almost every specialist or center when you book an appt. I drove here at night, so quick tip when you drive up and see Julia Dialysis Building keep driving up because it is behind it... My appointment was at 8 pm, and I got there at 740pm, I took the stairs down, and towards the left door; I was greeted and brought in a room really quick. Robert took his time and worked with my ASD daughter to feel right at ease setting the wires. They provide you with a towel, soap, and an extra blanket. The study lasted till 7 am, and they don't rush you to leave. Overall, I had a great experience not only for myself but for my little one. Now, I just have to wait 2 weeks for the results. FYI, the generator kicked on twice due to the snow storm the night I went in, but it was early in the study, which didn't affect gathering data.

I don’t know why there are so much bad reviews. My experience was great, especially the technician I had. He was very friendly and polite and he is well trained in his job. He helped me to find the reason why I couldn’t keep my cpap on at home!
