Working with the Riverside Funeral Chapel was very easy. All my questions were answered in a respectful and understanding way that showed the two people I was dealing with understood how hard this was for me and my husband. When there were errors in the paperwork which I let them know were there, the changes were made instantaneously. Unfortunately, death is part of life, and I will have no hesitation in contacting them in the future as needed.
I had an excellent experience with Riverside- Nassau North Chapels. Everyone involved was wonderful! They were all very compassionate and helpful during a very difficult time for my family. All of the charges were clearly explained with convenient choices of the method of payment. When one is searching for a funeral chapel my first choice will always be Riverside!
Riverside Nassau was wonderful. From day one Michael helped and explained everything that needed to be done and taken care of for my father who made pre- arrangements with Dignity in the early 90’s. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease knowing who I would call when the time came. Michael and everyone we had contact with showed not only the utmost professionalism but compassion as well. They eased a very heavy burden off my shoulders and took care of everything. Thank you.
