He took the time to explain the process to me, demonstrating what was wrong and guiding me on how to manage it until we could schedule a replacement appointment. I'm grateful for his assistance. It would've been ideal if the issue was resolved during their first visit, but considering it was an emergency call, they did manage to rectify it for a few days.
