Professional and kind I had a great experience. They’re fast, pleasant and the customer service is A1. The reps are very attentive. You feel like you’re the only customer in the world. I’m a new customer. I’m a retired automotive repair shop owner who owned and operated my business for 21 years.I arrived today with my 2006 M3 because my AC was intermittently blowing cold air and felt it needed charging. Sammy quoted a reasonable price to check out the system for leaks and fill it all while I waited and all without an appointment. I immediately got a good feeling from speaking with him and while he was doing the work I googled his business to check out the reviews. Just as I expected. All 4-5 stars. My AC is working well. I highly recommend Sammy and his business to all.
