The Rocky Point location is great, although some of the aides are lazy and are always on their phone. The Wading River location only caters to the elderly. If you work, like 99% of the world does go somewhere else. They'll never have late or night appointments for you. I even tried booking a month in advance they seem to milk Medicare so they only allow the elderly to book. The Oakdale location is new but they don't know what they're doing. The therapist was spending too much time on one patient while having me sitting there waiting. Keep in mind, I drove an hour after work to go there. I stopped going and they have no common courtesy to even call to see if I'm ok. Metro PT is absolute crap and I would not recommend to anyone. There are so many better physical therapists out there. If you want kids playing around on their phone acting like they're working, go here.
The Metro PT Huntington staff under Dr. Dan Nagarski were wonderful Particiularly Dr. Dan and his assistant Clinical Director Adam were professional, knowlegable and kind. I had total left knee replacement requiring post operative PT. My progress impressed my HSS doctor but more importantly me. I am doing great!
