“Finally, I am here to express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Jenna, Tina, Shareis, and Harrison (for two sessions) at the Great Neck office. I needed only two months of physical therapy for a pain that I had for about ten years! Jenna is very gifted and knowledgeable in the care she gave, apparent in her plan for my exercises at home, and her strong massages over the sciatica nerve, which was causing me grief, while I was driving, sitting, and laying, from my butt all the down my right leg to my toes. I am so grateful! ????After just three sessions, I recommended a friend by giving her Jenna's Metro card and the Metro Phys & Aqua Therapy card, which lists several locations. Tina is very meticulous, diligent and tireless in her work with several patients at any given time, and she is funny as well. Shareis is also very kind and helpful in answering questions by phone and in person to make it easy to make new appointments. Besides, the physical therapy work offered, the positive, kind, and cheerful environment helps to make the time, there, even more exceptional. I know that when I need physical therapy in the future as I get older, I will return to Metro in Great Neck, again and again, even though I live a distance away.“

“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

As a professional masseuse, I know the value of a good massage, especially after a long day or when your muscles are sore. My spouse and I have been to many spas, but our favorite place is the Lavender Spa where we received excellent massage treatments from Wendy, Ci Ci, and Amy.
