I work a heavy construction job. Nightly i would wake up in pain. My forearms and back seized up and frozen. I looked and felt like an injured T-rex ?. A dear friend of mine recommended me to this place last year and I dont think I could ever repay the favor. The therapist here quickly identified my trouble areas and how I was lifting things and moving incorrectly. Her knowledge of anatomy is top notch. Dawn is worth her weight in gold!

I have been going to Keep in touch for close to 15 years. I have followed them from their first location to their larger, and comforting location just over the Nassau border. They are extremely clean, professional and highly effective. As a runner, all my aches and pains are well taken care of by Jessica, Dawn or Brianne. I have received a myriad of services including prenatal massage, postnatal massage, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage. They are well worth the wait and call backs. Best massage therapist... and I've experienced many. Some move so fast it's the antithesis of relaxation, some just rub you lightly..." thanks for expensive the lotion application". I've even had one where my mood was SO bad immediately afterwards (bad energy transfer). Being a clinician for over 20 yrs, I'm able to discern from good and GREAT and this place is Phenomenal - no question. Only down side: be prepared to plan and schedule in advance bc they get booked up FAST. Myofascial, deep tissue, lymph - they do it all with expertise. - JVK, FNP-BC
