The first time a new person comes they are always accompanied by another MaidPro expert who already knows about my particular home and how to consistently do things MY way. Access to management by phone or online is excellent and very professional. The cleanings are quick and focused on what I would normally find to be the hardest part of keeping my home clean. When they leave it is like they were never there except my place is dust / dirt / grime, etc. free and feels like my place is a luxury hotel! Obviously they all take pride in doing this the RIGHT way every time.“
