I relocated from out of state...and I needed on site help in locating an apartment....agent took the easy way out in only looking at HER listings...scale of 1-10 prior to getting her commission ..(5) as she would rush me to do everything and then when I needed something or an answer it would be at a snails pace...Scale of 1-10 after she received HER money (0)...HER response when I asked for the names and addresses of the proper utilities to contact for service ("google it") I reported HER to the corporate office.....they tap danced how apologetic they were, but essentially did nothing for me ...Avoid at all costs...for rentals or homes... read full review

This is my first time to write. it is horrible experience, unprofessional and totally not ethics. Say one thing and do something else. rush to sign the contract at mean time, the seller didn't even agree to. Very Very disappointed the experience. Waste the time and money to work the team.

Hi I grew up in the North area 70s through 80s so now I had hoped to have my in laws live near us but unfortunately they had to deal with Ms. Greenburg who was late, rude and condescending to them (and this was their first day of house hunting and the first listing they saw!) Now they are totally turned off by moving here. Thanks Mindy!
