Have gone here with my husband several times. A very thorough eye examination, optometrist was very professional. She checked all. Our insurance was accepted,with a good selection of different pricing for frames.Both of uI De have Bifocals.The optician made sure lenses were in the correct position.They were ready as promised. I would most definitely reccomend them. Definitely will return.

if only i could give zero stars. Elia is terrible ! zero customer service. zero idea of how to run a business! i genuinely have nothing nice to say. gives you a huge run around on time frames and pick ups and there is never a direct answer. i waited 3 weeks for a pair of glasses and they put the wrong lenses in so i had to wait another 2 weeks. now i mistakenly went a dropped off another pair. he told me no problem gave me a date they would be ready and of course they are not ready and i keep getting “i will call and let you know” I will never return after i pick these glasses up.

Horrible Horrible Horrible.. run as far from them as possible. They take your money and never deliver the product and when you call no one has an answer!?!?!? This business should be closed and investigated!!!
