I've been going here for 10 years now! I moved to Brooklyn a year ago and still come back when I'm in town because of their great prices and quality service. The price went up a few months ago because it is under new management but I'm happy to pay it because they do such a good job and they deserve it. I read some of the reviews on here and wonder how true they are. I always observe the rich people of great neck treating the nail ladies like scum, giving them attitude, and getting angry and the tiniest inconvenience. Today, I got a mani pedi and witnessed a woman getting angry at the manager for charging her full price for her daughters manicure. The manager handled it very well and worked something out with the customer even though she didn't need to. It's ridiculous the things I see these women with $5,000 bags complain about. Anyway, I'm always friendly and they treat me the same. There have been times where I had to go back because I accidentally smudged a nail and they were able to accommodate me and re-do the nail. The only thing that I would criticize them on is that they may not be as clean with their tools as other places, however, I feel as though this changed with the new management. They line the pedicure tubs with plastic now and throw it out after each use. It may not be environmentally friendly but hey, its cleaner than it was before. If you want to save a few bucks, this place is worth the wait!

This salon is under new management however the workers have not changed and they do a phenomenal job every visit. They also recently renovated and use individual sterilized nail tools each visit. Awesome place and great prices. My new go to!

They do a fantastic job and always work so hard to make sure your nails look amazing. The only complaint i have is that i think the boss or owner should pay them more. I've heard complaints that they aren't paid well enough. Otherwise i support this business and always make sure to tip these ladies a lot!
