I've had the pleasure of calling on their services twice in recent days for a water heater issue. Stanley was the most recent plumber to assist me and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the process to me, demonstrating what was wrong and guiding me on how to manage it until we could schedule a replacement appointment. I'm grateful for his assistance. It would've been ideal if the issue was resolved during their first visit, but considering it was an emergency call, they did manage to rectify it for a few days. I'm looking forward to finalizing the job here in Great Neck with them, and this review will certainly hold true once the task is completed!

i had the pleasure of having these fellows install a liner in my main sewer drain line instead of having to replace the entire main line in great neck. this was a much more preferable option than having to excavate my yard. the disruption to my toilet usage was minimal, which was a significant relief. you couldn't ask for a more professional team like maximus, stanley, kyle, randall, and dustin, who collaborated seamlessly to carry out the job from start to finish. it was greatly appreciated that they presented me with options tailored to my budget. i was very satisfied with the quality of work carried out.

Randall was the plumber who helped me out and he provided excellent communication throughout my toilet replacement process. Before the scheduled appointment, he got in touch to inform me about the expected arrival time, even texted me his profile picture so I knew who to expect. He was prompt, both in arriving and finishing the job. Randall helped set up a new toilet and got rid of the old one, the entire work was done in a clean, professional manner. I am thankful for the straightforward and simple approach, from the moment i rang for help till the end of the process. Next time i require assistance, i'll definitely call them back, thanks!
