Joy is so helpful with figuring out the complications of having an apartment! We found it overwhelming trying to sort it out and other tax preparers we tried were so expensive. Joy & her team are thoughtful and knowledgeable. She answers questions and is not at all condescending, which we have encountered with other CPA's. She has also helped us navigate several years when we lived in another state from a house we rented, doing all the forms for both states. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
