She was able to get a lot of fur off of him as well add a blueberry facial upon arrival when I asked. She also trimmed his nails and trimmed a little fur off his butt. With that being said he was happy when I picked him up as well as super shiny and fluffy! She even took cute pictures of him! And her husband gave me a sample their lean dog food to try since Rocco is overweight.

I appreciate that they took their time and gave him breaks if needed as well as positive reports of how everything went during the appointment. “I have been going here for years. I've had 5 dogs go through here, currently 2. The staff is very friendly. Dr Sinclair is who we normally see, and she is so kind and good to my fur babies. The facility is always clean. Pricing is fair, and they offer Paw plans and discounts. They also have a reward program, so you can earn points which can be used towards services and purchases. I also use the kennel services when out of town. Never had any issues. Also, use the grooming services with Sarah, and she is the best! She shows love to your pet as if they are her own. My babies always come home looking and smelling so well. Again, pricing and reasonable. They have an app that you can use to make appointments, see your pets, health records, upcoming services, and more. It is easy to use as well. It's great to have all pet needs in one spot.“
