“I called them because we had a bee problem in our basement they came to my house and said hey you have a bee problem I said yes that's why I called you. they had no idea where the bees were coming from and said to call us if we find out where they are, Next day got a bill for $140. For what I asked, they said our technician had to get into his car and drive over the two blocks to come to your house. they did no treatment guy walked in the door and said you have a bee problem, did not look at anything else did not even walk around our outside of house. I did find the hive and was told sorry we don't go on roofs, really. I called Logan Pest Removal at 716-370-6125, they removed the hive and charged less than this company billed me for doing NOTHING. Logan Pest Solutions wouldnt charge me unless they removed the problem, which they did in 30 mins. update: they called a few days later, apologized and updated our bill to a zero balance in the end they did the right thing“
