“I just left Town & Country Grooming after getting my dog’s nails done. I was so blown away! The two women who worked on Sadie were so gentle, kind and caring with her. Sadie is terrified of getting her nails done, so they were patient and spent the whole time reassuring her and calming her while she got them done. They were even able to grind them, which she normally freaks out about. I’m very grateful for how great they were with her. She came away very happy! “So thrilled I found this groomer. I have a 15 year-old long-haired Jack Russell. We have had a previous bad experience with another groomer where my dog was left in a crate with no water for hours and hours when I called multiple times to see if he was ready to be picked up. This wonderful place not only gave me an appointment the same day, but I was able to drop my dog off at 12:15 and pick him up by 1:30. Very polite staff. “Today was Riley's 1st visit at TLC, she was a wild haired girl as it had been several months since her last groom due to a not so great experience for her last time . She is a great girl but very much a homebody. She is a border Collie/Great Pyrenees mix so her coat is a challenge. From my 1st call to Debbie we felt like she would be patient and would put Riley's needs 1st. Today Debbie spent over 4 hours working on Riley. When I picked her up not only did she look great but she was calm and just ready to go home not terrified like the last time she was groomed. Riley's brother and sister are very happy she's home, lol
