I have been getting my F350 serviced at Healey Ford Truck Center for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the staff and quality of work. I also have noticed more recently that service wait times have also improved. The staff is always very accommodating, on top of needed Recalls and clear on communication. I also must acknowledge that they make recommendations on service, but they are not Hard Selling everything like some other dealerships.

This is a dedicated diesel service center with a large parking area for multiple commercial and passenger vehicles. The waiting area is clean and spacious, with free coffee and Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my vehicle was service promptly. I was very satisfied with the work performed on my truck. Quick update, they're having a lot of RV's coming in and this may cause some delays.
