Super disappointing. I just moved to the area and was hoping to find my nail salon. Walked in…not a customer in sight. One tech was sleeping. The tech that did my pedicure was pleasant, but put zero effort in…like absolute bare minimum. It was a real let down.
Nina and Paul were amazing! Despite only 3 people working and roughly 5 people getting their nails done, I was in and out in exactly ONE hour! Which I was ecstatic about because it was going to snow and I was heading to the airport later on. I had a French gel manicure (and came in with gel polish on that needed to be removed). I like my nails as short as possible and square since I workout and long nails get annoying with grip.
I was seated immediately and they work very fast and efficiently! They split up the work but Paul finished my nails and gave me the French which I'm very pleased with. Highly recommend!
I came in after calling in on very short notice one Friday afternoon and was able to get someone to do a 30-40 minute manicure as soon as I got there. The decor and the furniture is a bit dated but the salon is really clean. The nail technicians were not the chattiest but they were nice enough and very meticulous with my nails. Since my nails are usually kept pretty short, I can imagine how difficult it is easy to care for my cuticles without making them bleed. But they managed it without tearing any skin. The salon can get pretty busy especially ahead of holidays so I would suggest calling ahead to give them a little heads-up. For a Friday afternoon, there were more customers in the salon than workers. The customer next to me became impatient as she waited for her technician to return after setting up another newcomer.
