Came in as a walk in , was helped right away ! Staff is friendly , environment is very peaceful , and they did great work on my nails , will be back for refills and future nails sets ❤️
Went as a walk-in, wait was reasonable. It was my first time in this salon. Quick Acrylic fill ($40-overpriced). They did nothing that was remotely friendly or inviting to their business. They spoke only to each other, in their native language the entire sitting. About 3/4 of the way thru I went to point out an issue and he about took my head off that he wasn't finished. Rudely. I waited until he finished filing the last nail, I gave him his 40$ and left, telling him I would finish them myself. I will not go back. They might want to work on their customer service skills.
I usually never have an issue with this place. I go here a lot actually. I usually just get pedicures. Usually the younger guy does my feet, and they come out soft and painted just fine. I had a lady do my feet tonight, the polish came out great, but my feet were just as rough as they were when I walked in there. The whole point of the winter pedicure, is to soften your calluses. If the calluses aren't removed it isn't really worth the extra $15 for the winter one. Just my opinion. Other than that, my pedicures are worth it. Today not so much. I did come towards the end of the night, but like I said, I would rather of gotten the $30 pedicure if I had known my heels would...read full review
