“Patrick was fixing my kitchen sink for me (great repair btw!) & I mentioned heat was out & that A. Johns*n Co said I needed a new system at $10K. Patrick said he’d take a look-less than an hour later the heat was on, I was warm & beyond thrilled! The only thing wrong was a $25 part needed replacing. Patrick saved me from a costly & unnecessary repair! “This past week I had Allen's Family Heating & Cooling replace my central air unit and out in a few furnace. We switched from oil to propane with the new (more) efficient systems they have now and let me tell you, the process was seamless!

From making the call, to quick response and having someone come check the issues... to then on the day of the install having the team of Tim, Jake and Jesse come and remove the old system and put in the new... just amazing. Even seeing them work in such an organized and clean fashion was cool to see. not only did they install the new system, but they disassembled, the old AC unit, moved the new unit to the other side of the house (by request) - removed the oil tank, installed all the new piping for the propane, were all kind, courteous, and super respectful in any way answering any and all of my questions

“My furnace was making a terrible smell at 9pm, and I wasn't sure what to do! I am new to the area and not knowing what contractor to call, started a "A" and worked my way on. Tom was the first person and only person to call me back promptly and even though it was far after hours, rushed out when he understood how nervous I was about my new house and the problems it might have. He discovered of all things, a mouse had made a nest in the furnace pipe thing and after clearing it out and doing his tests, said I would be all set. Problem solved!
