Blue flame is number one in both customer service and providing quality technical support. Always had phone calls answered ( never a machine during business hours) and problems addressed promptly. Every time I interacted with anyone they were pleasant and courteous.
We will be moving to the area soon, and Blue Flame's customer service so far has been excellent! They are prompt, affable, and easy to work with in every way. They make us look forward to being their customers!
I had a really good experience with Blue Flame Gas...As someone who is new to the area, it was really refreshing using a company who was professional, prompt and courteous all the way through. The install crew brought my tank over and even tested for leaks in the line (and found multiple) and fixed it right on site. Office staff was a breeze with online billing etc. Hats off to Blue Flame on a 5-Star Job!
