They were as my wife said “so kind, and professional.” As new customers we recieved the tanks today while I was at work. They did a great job putting the tanks in, as well as giving the Mrs. a quick class on how to turn the tanks on an off as well as checking how full a tank is. Nothing beats that small business mentality of “you’re not just a number you’re now a neighbor”.
Blue flame is number one in both customer service and providing quality technical support. Always had phone calls answered ( never a machine during business hours) and problems addressed promptly. Every time I interacted with anyone they were pleasant and courteous.
We will be moving to the area soon, and Blue Flame's customer service so far has been excellent! They are prompt, affable, and easy to work with in every way. They make us look forward to being their customers!
