WellNow Urgent Care, situated on Saratoga Rd and Van Buren Rd, provides quick and high-quality urgent care for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and efficient, getting patients in and out quickly with a great level of care. The extremely clean facility is a very nice space, and everyone is very thorough and caring, especially when treating children. Patients have praised the staff for their exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., they offer both online check-in and walk-in services and accept most insurance plans.
We initially went to Albany Med Urgent care in Socha Plaza only to find out that location is now closed. Good thing it wasn’t a real emergency, just a cut on my finger through fingernail. Then went up the road to Wellnow Urgent Care. Waiting area very clean and there are old school arcade games and a free slushy machine-very nice touch! We did get there and no waiting, filled out registration on my phone and got right into a room. Short wait for the nurse then the PA. Both very nice and took great care of me. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if I needed any kind of urgent care.
Well Now is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. No matter the location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention they are knowledgeable. The PA that did a work physical for me was upbeat and pleasant. The staff taking my information and vital signs also treated me like I was a friend but using good professional boundaries. The owner or manager must be this way to teach the staff excellent customer service. Very little wait time. Thank you. !!

I had an injury to my foot. I was taken right in without a wait and the staff was so patient and kind. I did have to wait for the shared Xray tech to get there from another location and was kept informed about her status. My foot was indeed fractured and the staff explained everything- splinted it, assisted me to my car and provided me with a clear follow up plan. 5 out of 5 stars from reception on
