    Everyone there was super nice and supportive! I worked with Madison and she was great - knowledgeable, kind, and motivating. I would definitely recommend for anyone, especially if you're new to working out and looking for guidance!

    Couldn't ask for a better group of people. Originally started at USC for just general strength training because I was getting older and knew (my girlfriend knew actually lol) I needed something to keep my body in shape. After being hooked up with Kyle we started on just basic training. After a few months I asked if he had anything that would help with snowboarding, he told me he'd look into it and figure something out.Every year, the first few times out I could usually ride for a day then my lower body was toast for a few days.We started with some exercises based around the lower body specifically for snowboarding.     Prior to joining Upstate Strength and Conditioning, I had zero lifting experience and little motivation to maintain a consistent workout routine. My time at USC, has definitely changed my attitude towards the gym.Everyday my workout is programmed and waiting for me -one of my biggest excuses to not working out, was no longer valid.USC has several knowledgeable trainers who are available to help when needed and even offer 1:1 sessions (shoutout to Nicole and Kyle!!).In nearly one year since working with Kyle, I am up ~15lbs and hitting PRs every week.
