Today we brought our 9 year old daughter in for her first eye exam with Dr Salam. I found the entire office staff to be welcoming and friendly towards us all; in particular, I truly appreciated how they all talked to and interacted with our daughter, and not just with us, explaining everything that they were doing and why. During the exam, I found Dr. Salam especially warm and engaging; she was kind and very thorough with finding the right prescription for my daughter's first pair of glasses. I was looking for an optometrist that was closer to home and am so happy I discovered Dr. Paloma Salam! I brought my 91-year-old mother for a check up and she discovered a serious condition that my mother was not able to alert me to. She gave us a great referral for her. I was very pleased with my own eye exam. Dr. Salam is thorough and caring and the service is excellent.

I just picked up my glasses, and they are GREAT!!! So much better to deal with a small office vs. a multi-multi-million dollar corporation. I was treated like a person rather than just being a number with a dollar sign attached. It’s great being taken care of by people that treat you like family rather than just a customer. If you value excellent customer service and a quality product, this is the place for you!!! Don’t pay attention to the fact that I only gave 5 stars, if more were available, I’d have used them.
