Professional, Prompt and Helpful. I called them to check if there were any leaks in the tubing or pipes in my basement and they were able to confirm there was none as well as diagnose other potential plumbing issues without charging me extra. I’d highly recommend their services!
I was a customer of All Star Plumbing and they merged with this new company and could not access my previous quote for the work I needed done, the quote was from 2020 so I understand. A man came on Wednesday talked through everything needed and gave me the quote I agreed and we set up an appointment for Thursday. Thursday morning Chris came, I showed him everything and, we talked about different options. Once he had the exact plan, he started work, but we ran into an issue where my water shut off in the house was not working. Adam has been great to work with he is a very good communcator about his progress on the job. He is very organized and cleans up as he goes. Justin has also been great to work with as well and has been involved with parts and checking up on the job progress We are very happy.
