The only place I will take my animals. They are well cared for and I trust the staff to have my pets best interest. Most staff is down to earth and personable . I’ve been a client for over a decade. I have my preferences with what vet I see because just like having a primary doctor. It’s nice to have one person really know and understand my animals. I can say I have seen every vet in the facility over the years and I have never had a bad experience. They might not always have the best of news (that comes with the job) but, they are up front and will educate and offer all any options as far as treatment goes. I've known John since I was in college. He's an extremely intelligent man. I've known Rob since we were young. The unthinkable happened and I had to put my dog down. The overwhelming support I received the day of was amazing. Felicia (front staff), who I've also known for years, made a point to be the only person besides Rob to come into the room to help with payment and removing my dog after he had passed knowing a familiar face would ease my anxiety. John came in and hugged me and offered his condolences. They allowed me plenty of time to sit with my dog after he had passed. I feel extremely grateful for everyone at this practice but specifically those 3 individuals....read full review
