One of those things was to dry clean my heavy velvet and raw silk drapery before hanging them in my new home. They had been sadly neglected in my former home for years. The moment I walked into Feigenbaum Cleaners, I was greeted by Jill with a warmth and kindness usually received by a good friend. Jill went above and beyond helping me measure every single panel of drapery to help me figure out which I would be needing for my new home. I felt fairly overwhelmed, and her wonderful personality, reassurance, and unbelievable patience put me at ease. I was so grateful for all of her help. Lo and behold, I received a call the next day that my drapery was ready for pick up. I was shocked and thrilled! I drove over and there was a lovely blonde woman there that day who helped me carry out all the heavy drapery to my car.
