Her ANC manicures take one hour because she meticulously buffs and sands so that the result is a thin, perfectly smooth swash of color on every nail. She is also friendly and sweet, but allows for a quiet manicure experience as well. She's a treasure. Many of the other salon employees do excellent pedicures, but Dina is the perfectionist manicurist!“
