Our home, and several of our neighbors', suffered from flooding in our basements due to a storm water drainage problem on our street. Our finished basement was significantly flooded, and carpeting and some drywall was affected. After getting little or no response from the well-advertised, big-named companies in this field, we contacted Capital Water u0026 Fire Restoration (Vince) who was immediately responsive and literally came to our house within a half-hour to assess the damage and tell us what work was required and how things would progress. Our church suffered extensive damage to the basement after a heavy rainstorm. (This was discovered at 10:15 at night.) We made numerous phone calls to every after-hours service I could find that advertised emergency water removal. In the meantime, the local fire department came for 3 to 4 hours to pump out water. Capital Water & Fire Restoration was the first to respond to one of my frantic messages and they were willing to come down that morning to see if they could help. They showed up - ready to work - explained what they felt should be done to mitigate the damage, and set to work as soon as the contract was signed.
