These guys were great! They arrived right on time and were very efficient. I was able to book the same week and they were able to arrange a place to take the van full of donations on the same day. They were also able to accommodate the payment method I wanted to use - PayPal. They were clean, courteous, fast and precise. They checked in throughout the process and even sent a photo of the donation receipt very promptly. I highly recommend this company - do not hesitate to use them!

I contacted Cleanouts R Us on Yelp for a quote to remove an old couch that I couldn't move alone and was too beaten up to donate. Following a quick response with a quote based on the information provided, I booked them a few days later. Most of the communication was done by text, and they were very responsive. I was able to book the pick-up in one day. The day of the pick-up, John arrived with a coworker, presented his card and got to work. They were quick, efficient and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone I knew that needed to have trash, junk, old furniture removed.

I bought a new sofa from a nice store in Manhattan. They had no problem delivering my new sofa... But had no takeaway or removal options for my old, still relatively nice sofabed. Because I live on the top floor of a brownstone, no charitable organization would come... And besides they often don't take sofabeds. So I started pricing various options, the 1-800 corporate junk haulers would charge by floor and a minimum.... Easily 450 bucks. Seriously? So I called John, and he was smart to suggest they do a "Controlled takeaway," which meant they would take the sofa apart and carry the pieces down my five flights, carefully. Best part of the process, John set up an appt. and he showed up on time. He called prior to the time, allowing me ample time to get ready. He and his two workers were consider, and careful and helped clean up after the sofa was removed. Thanks John... Great job.
