I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bay carpet. From the initial meeting with Phil,to the extremely hard work of the dedicated crew led by Alex, everything was amazing. The crew was organized and efficient and they were able to complete my house in 3 days. They were respectful of my furniture and of me working from home. They truly were Master craftsmen and I can't thank them enough for the beautiful job they did in my house between the carpet in the stairs to the LVP flooring.

I stopped by the Bay Carpet showroom in the morning and literally, 3 hours later-as promised, the consultant was at my home taking measurements! Phil was an absolute gem and provided a prompt installation date at a reasonable price. The installers were courteous, professional and highly skilled at what they do. Upon removing the old carpet they left my space IMAMACULATE and their quality of work restored my Brownstone hallway back to its early 1900s glamour! I cannot recommend Bay Carpet enough. If you're looking for great service, high quality at a fair price look no further than Bay Carpet!

They recently did our theater carpet and couldn't be happier on the results and extra mile the installers did to help us achieve a amazing outcome. We are a loyal customer, and I will always refer them to anyone else.
