I trained at Wilson's for about 10 years, and I learned some of the most valuable lessons I've ever been taught here. Mr. Wilson is an amazing mentor and a world class martial artist. I cannot recommend him enough.

Love it love it love it. Totally kick A**. mr Wilson is so well versed in movement modality, making goals and maintainence are realistic and can be accomplished. I spent years working out - doing all sorts of approaches. mr Wilson hits them on the nail head and know exactly what I a talking about. He's a great motivator. My kids take his classes as well. Get ready to be in the best shape - for the rest of your life. Oh yeah, stay off the cookies n cakes help!

Doyen Wilson and his selected trainers are great .. they push really well, and ensuring you stay in shape. The boot camp, the core 360, and the kids' TKD martial arts are well done.
