SUPER FAST in response!!! Offers great rates (as a standard) so I'd recommend them being a top choice if not the first choice just from the start of what has been experienced thus far.

excellent company-- incredible service. I found them through a Google search and took a leap of faith based on the reviews. I started with clothes that I didn't care about (just in case) and now have them do everything (including bedding). Not only are the clothes washed to my specifications, but they come back perfectly folded and organized. I accidentally sent out clothes that I would normally hang to dry (dress pants and skirts) and LI Laundry brought them back hung on hangers (damp). I'm beyond grateful for the care they take and their professionalism. The only regret I have is that I didn't use them sooner!

I usually do the pickup/drop off service. Everything comes back clean, smelling wonderful, and done to exact specifications. I've sent scrubs, a comforter, and regular clothes and have never had an issue. Never had an issue with them. Have recommended to others in my building. Will keep going back.
