Still has not replied to any of my original emails but almost immediately replied to the public facing comment. Claims he spent time researching my google account, but did your firm not have a software issue this year importing clients data? Did your firm not have to delay returns and file extensions due to this software issue? Do you really believe I am not addressing your firm or are you just lying publicly? Why not check back and say did any of these circumstances happen to an actual client? Did we really ignore the client and leave them to pay for the penalties incurred by our incompetence? This was the second year we used him and it is definitely our last. The service was terrible. This year, they neglected to submit our W2s and 1099s with the return. Bottom line--we gave him our information at the beginning of March and finally got our return from the IRS at the end of June. A nightmare! He also neglected to provide our bank information on our state return, so even though we requested direct deposit, we had to wait for it to be mailed to us. Their office was unhelpful from the start, taking way too long to answer questions and of course, we never received an apology for the many mistakes that they made. NEVER AGAIN!!! 1 star is too much...

Very rude accountant and staff. Had my taxes done here twice and this year they charged an arm and leg for marginally different tax filings. I called to just inquire about the price increase and was left with a very rude and curt email saying that he would’ve charged more than listed but was ‘kind’ enough to drop down the price. So if you want to go to an accountant that makes up numbers and talks down to minorities, he’s your guy!
