The secretary of this company is rude extremely arrogant and aggressive!!!!!! She does not know how to speak to people the right way and does not know how to resolve conflict!!!!!!!

I ordered mirrors for my living room wall. It was 4 separate panels to cover the wall. The value of the mirrors was great. Everything else has been way more difficult than it needed to be. I would probably have been open to pay more if I could have had my job done by professionals. I will not be ordering from Eqwipt again, 1. Took about a month before they let me know when my order will be ready for installation. 2. I have a box for wifi that protrudes off the wall to be mirrored. I pointed it out when they came to measure/ I mentioned it again via email when they sent me the plans for approval (they were missing on the original plan).
