Josh just left after spending 2 and 1/2 hours making our living room shine. He was efficient and thorough. Our upholstery looks like new. He was on time, personable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and this company.

Had a stain on my wool rug. Valley Carpet did a fantastic job cleaning the rug and minimizing the nasty stain so that it is barely noticeable. Great job and wonderful people to work with.

Josh was so good! Having kids and pets in the house makes for accidents to happen. I did have it cleaned before by someone else only to be saddened that there was still stains and marks left behind. Josh was able to get my couch looking good as new! I am very happy with the results!
