Dells is by far the best contractor we've worked with in Columbia County. We've used them over the past 5 years for all our HVAC and Plumbing projects (installations, repairs, and emergencies) and have had great experiences working with everyone in the company, from the owner to the office to the techs.Recently our heat and hot water were forced off for over a week due to a clogged boiler flue from another company's mistake. I called Dells to service my mini split system after attempting to use a competitor who proved extremely unreliable. Dells truck showed up on time looking and behaving in a very professional manner. Technician, service manager Sean, immediately expressed confidence in being able to identify and repair the issue. Sean proved very competent and knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues and what he did to resolve them.
