Today was my first session with Michael, and I can emphatically say Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts is a MUST. What an absolute hidden gem that I feel so fortunate to have found.
From the moment you walk you are greeted with smiles and feel right at home. The therapists are kind and definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend Ouroboros for overall physical wellbeing but it's also a great practice if you have any body aches and pains that you are trying to work out, or stored physical/emotional trauma.
Can't wait for my next session!

Kristina is literal magik! I come from a family of doctors & nurses. I’ve grown up with chiropractic care both as a relaxer & for healing for my many sports-related injuries. I’ve also had many sports massages, therapeutic massages, & everything in between. I've been receiving massages, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture treatments, and pretty much anything else you can think of for over 25 years. I can genuinely say that Kristina's MFR session helped as much, if not more, than any other attempt to reduce my back pain. The improvement was immediate and significant. I highly recommend without any hesitation.
