Their techs are great, knowledgeable, and prompt. This is a wonderful and local plumbing and HVAC company. I used them to install central air in my home in Hudson, NY. The installation was great, and the level of service is simply incredible. Any issues I have had have been addressed quickly and professionally. Despite my offer, they refuse to charge anything, even three years after installation and the expiration of the warranty. Impressive level of service. I also use them for basic plumbing and heating services. Cannot recommend enough. This is what a local plumbing and heating service should be.
Always have had a positive experience with them. Water softner, water heater, Iron blocker, well pump, holding tank, and RO system. I have been using them for over 10 years. Always have been a great result.
Professional, quick responses, and reasonable prices!!! When I was stuck without hot water Steve’s plumbing saved not only the day but thousands of dollars I was quoted from another company!
