I haven't had to complain. Abigail is my usual stylist but I don't mind an occasional switch, they all do a great job! Margaret did an excellent job on fading the back of my bob-style today!
Lauren is so talented, kind, thoughtful, & sweet natured. I love how she cuts my hair, and doesn't mind my request for cutting my bangs shorter & shorter. She even has offered to wash my hair while my shoulder replacement heals..
